Wheel L15: Blue Cremes

The blues on this episode of Nail Wheel Wednesday are mostly on the cornflower to cobalt part of the spectrum. One could maybe be called periwinkle, though it's not as purple-leaning as that shade is in my head. One or two are darker than what I think of as cobalt, so perhaps better called royal. Color names can be confusing.
