This is Orly Nail Defense plus Instant Artificials plus Studio M Gift of Gold plus China Glaze Twinkle Lights plus a nameless red/green chunky glitter snowman plus Sally Hansen Insta Dri topcoat.
The China Glaze is a mini bottle (though not the smallest mini; I have a Ruby Pumps that's about half this size).
Twinkle Lights is a bit overwhelmed by the other two polishes; you can't really see it too well unless you get close, but I think it being there helps pull the look together. My bottle doesn't seem to be as opaque as some other bloggers; I used two coats and it didn't come close to covering the gold base, which was fine since I wanted the gold to show, but I don't ever see I'll want to wear Twinkle Lights alone at that rate. Maybe I just didn't shake the bottle up enough or something.
