'Tis the season for witches' hats and coffins and glow in the dark cosmetics, so that's what I've got for Nail Wheel Wednesday today. Next week, I'm planning to showcase pumpkin polishes (though I might get distracted by something shiny between now and then).

Of course I had to try to capture the glow in the dark ones glowing. The Maybelline is the clear winner here—too bad they don't make it anymore. I guess back then either the glow in the dark stuff was cheaper so they added more or maybe there was a chemical they could use back then that's since been found to cause cancer if drunk in large volumes.

Last photo above shows the Maybelline glowing when the others have faded out almost completely. That's some powerful stuff.

  20. Thanks, ladies!

Alexisaurus, I'm not ready to give that one up, though there may be someone else on the nailboard who's got one to swap--that's where I got mine. :)

Viktorija, these are the only Manic Panic polishes I've ever seen--they showed up last Halloween then never again.

  21. I bought the Fright Night Voodoo at Meijer when I was in Ohio and I finally got around to trying it yesterday, and I really liked it a lot. It didn't really look very glittery on, but it's a very nice red-black without being TOO black, and those are hard to find.
