Wheel R13: Yellow Shimmers

Getting this Nail Wheel Wednesday post up late in the day because yesterday when I should have been preparing it, I was instead voting, running errands in town since I was down there voting, and then wacthing video after video to distract myself from looking at election returns. I've got yellow shimmers today instead of continuing with blue cremes because I had to dig through my yellow and orange shimmers box looking for a particular orange someone had asked about buying from me, and in the process I went ahead and sorted out some groups of similar polishes for wheel purposes. (As it turned out, the orange I was looking for wasn't in the box, but on a shelf, but that's okay since I needed to sort the box sometime.)
