Wheel X4: Skin Tone Cremes

Just a quickie today for Nail Wheel Wednesday, as I had a meeting over lunch that and that's when I usually finish up my posts. (Yesterday's planned post also got pushed aside for work stuff.) This wheel is a range of skin tone colors. Some of these I bought when I was searching for my mannequin hands shade, but obviously not all of them, since many are way darker than I've ever been even when I was a misguided youth trying to get tan by laying out in the sun all summer long.

2. Revlon Sheer Nude (3)
3. OPI unknown mini (3)
4. OPI Samoan Sand (3)

  1. You might be able o find out the names of the OPI mini and Sephora by OPI mini by typing the number on the bottom into google. OPIs numbers usually start with NL... or HL... Just in case they haven't rubbed off :)

    1. Tinka, I'm sorry to say the numbers on these aren't all legible. I know the OPI ends in 05 and the SOPI in 42 but didn't have the patience to try and figure them out on Google from just that.

  2. I don't think I have *quite* as many nudes but I do have quite a few too in the search for my perfect nude.

It's interesting to see the fairly significant difference in the black to green label of the OPI.

    1. mrsrexy, I was surprised by that--not sure if my old bottle is just not aging gracefully or what.

  3. Karen, I love these nudes or skintone cremes. There's always room for nudes when I'm not in the mood for color :)

  4. Happy New Year Karen. I don't have a lot of nude shades but your collection is really nice. My favourite nude is gosh groovy grey.

  8. I love these types of shades so much, but they don't always look great on me.

  10. Oh wow. That is definitely an impressive range! I don't think I'd have near enough of these to fill up a whole nail wheel. O_o Amazing!

  11. Wow, great post! It's hard to tell what a nude color will really look like from just looking at the bottle, so this is really helpful! thanks.
